Commonhold update

We were ready back then, and we're even more ready now! 

Back in June 2019 we were already looking at Commonhold as a tangible direction to go in. Being part of the larger Australian based Fexco, Commonhold is not new to us.

Commonhold is something that the property industry has typically shied away from - the feeling being that it's just not necessary.
